My neurologist told me I had to wear carpal tunnel braces at night. I ordered two of these and the size was perfect and it was comfortable. The design is nice except I get the straps tangled trying to put them on. The Velcro quality is great and allows me to tighten for more support.

Item was okay. Difficult to do things and found myself removing it often to wash hands. It is a bit cumbersome but does restrict the use of the hand. Still had symptoms CTS but helped with limiting mobility. Gives good support.

I am extremely happy with these braces. My carpal tunnel really started acting up a couple of months ago, and I would wake up in agony because while sleeping I tend to curl my wrists up. These braces hold my wrists straight so that they don't curl and compress the nerve. When I'm awake and my hands start to hurt, I put these on and within ten to fifteen minutes, the pain abates.I have larger wrists and forearms, and these fit really well and give excellent support without cutting off the circulation. I highly recommend them.

I have been waking up recently a few times nightly with pins and needles, pain and a burning sensation in both hands but the right hand is worse. I ordered two of the hand braces to see if they would help. They provide great support are well made and simple to take on and off. The velcro holds the 3 straps in places and although it has only been a few days they are already helping and I have not been waking up in pain. I would highly recommend this product and was really impressed by the quality of the braces.
