Q: Can this remove fabric dye from vinyl?

I’m not sure but Rit makes a color remover that’s great. They also have a White Restore to doesn’t remove colors, but removes dinginess. My husband has a white shirt that just became dingy, but had beautiful embroidery. It can’t be replaced. I tried white restore. Soaking two days, the shirt looked like new and the embroidery didn’t fade. It looked brand new. Now Carbons might have something. I have an ink removal and rust removal that might work if you combine them. There’s also wine removal stuff.
