'Almost' a perfect fit for my Pomoly Bromance
The Pomoly Bromance 70 is an irregular octagon of 4.1 metres by 4.3. This Octagonal groundsheet is 4.1 by 4.1 so is short by about 10 cm each side... However because the wider sides are where the Bromance "Bedrooms" are I'm not worried about this at all as I can't get to that bit, it also lessens the chance of it sticking out of the sides and channeling rain under the bedroom. It also makes pegging out the Bromance much easier. I pegged the groundsheet tight, then used the peg points as guidance markers for the tent. Normally I peg the tent too tight and can't get the pole up without lots of adjustments to the tent pegging points. Like this I know that I'm not going over the 4.1 metres, so when I erected the pole it went up easily with a 'slack' tent and I only needed to adjust the 4 x side pegs by about 4 or 5 inches to tighten the tent up. The whole thing only took about 5-10 minutes in the dark! (instead of my normal half an hour during daylight), then it was just a case of rigging the guylines which I didn't bother to do the first night as there was no wind. One thing I'm not 100% sure of though is whether or not it is "Waterproof" it was very damp on Friday night when I erected my tent and on Saturday morning the groundsheet was damp in places and I don't know if this is condensation due to the cold wet ground or seepage, the inner of the tent was also soaking, so I'm hoping that it's condensation... This morning (Sunday) there was much less condensation inside the tent and no obvious damp spots, but when packing away, there was a damp patch beneath the bedroom's sewn in groundsheet and nowhere else and the back of the groundsheet was completely soaked... My best guess is that it's most likely condensation and later in the season I will be using it folded over and running a tent stove which creates lots of condensation for the first day or two as it draws moisture from the ground when the air inside the tent warms up.Overall I am very happy with this as it's a perfect size footprint whether it's waterproof or not (it's not like I'm gonna be walking around on it in bare socks!)Considering I have 3 metre hex tarp one for my smaller hot tent and that was 25 quid, getting this 4 metre one at £30 was a bargain!

Use with the Safir 7 cp Tentipi and save £’000’s
I bought this and it fits the Tentipi Safir 7 cp really well as you can attach to main pegs with the elastic cords. This is far cheaper than the Tentipi version at £380! No zip but I’m fitting my own YKK zips for £25. First use really waterproof and the green colour nicer than the Tentipi black. Bargain when used for this application.
