This was a very good purchase. The quality of the box is very good. The only problem so far is one of the watch pillows started to come free but this was easy fixed. This box is almost full so when time comes I will purchase another if need be. Overall I am very pleased with this product.

A very nice box and a beautiful presentation. The packaging looks like something that should come from Tiffanys.

The box is a perfect showcase for my watches. My only comment is the wooden slots are a little loose and could rattle.

i baught this as a gift for my uncle.. its good . but thats it.. i was expecting something fancier.. but again thats not their fault. its mine.. i had higher exoectations.. having said that.. nothing wrong with this box its good.

Giving 4 stars only because the delivery was super lat. But the item is very high end, sturdy and practical! The personalization came out great and it looks very classy and custom built.

The presentation of the packaging alone, amazing. Upon inspecting the box itself the joinery and finish is excellent. The hardware is also nice. The subtle magnetic latch is perfect. I have one reservation, the lid is mounted about 1/32" off center. It triggers my OCD just a bit and I don't see an easy way to adjust the hardware to correct it. The second issue, once you realize this looks like a coffin you can't un-see it, lol. If I could do it again I'd maybe choose a different style say the S-167 watch box and hope they put the lid on straight.

The pillows are too big for my watches. My wrist is about 6.15 inches and my watches are just too small to latch.Everything is top quality and nice. I had to buy different watch pillows though.Instead of including such nice packaging, an extra set of smaller pillows would be more useful

I liked the presentation when new. It comes in a beautiful box encased in a velvet sleeve. The wood grain of the Acacia wood is beautiful. Inside, the compartments are sturdy and it offers a clean option for storing items.
