Great to have for adding mount options to those smaller Zhiyun lights. Good solid build and I prefer using these to mount the lights to stands.

Does exactly as expected and works easily

I appreciate that a ZY mount to Bowens exists but it has some flaws.Major flaw is that the reflector that is built into the adapter creates a hotspot on most soft boxes and umbrellas that you mount to the adapter. Kinda defeats the purpose. The COB on the X100 and X60 has a really nice soft wide pattern which is unfortunate that this adapter loses that. Not sure why the Bowens adapter needs to be so far away from the ZY mount. I assume it's for heat reasons but I think there are other options than building a reflector into a soft box mount.Minor but annoying flaw is the screw that tightens the adapter to a 5/8" baby pin. The screw receptacle doesn't have enough threads so the tightening screw has to nearly be completely removed in order to install the adapter on a light stand. Really annoying.Another not ideal piece is the tilt mechanism has limited positions and is made of plastic. Not sure how long this will hold up. I don't mind plastic but the limited angles you can point this unit is frustrating. I wish it had finer metal teeth in it to allow for more precise angle positions while still being strong.Pros are that it has an umbrella mount and has decent built quality.
