Great mount, super easy install!
Just hung this on the wall today. I am a female and I hung it, as well as the TV, by myself. It was a challenge because I hung it in the bedroom in the corner high on the wall. I worst part was just getting the bolts screwed in the wall because they are 3.5 inches long! So holding up the bracket (balanced it on top of my head!) while trying to get them screwed in definitely made me break a sweat. But hey, I had no one around to help me, so I just set my mind to it and did it.Basically all you need is a drill with a 9/32 drill bit, a philips screwdriver, and a ratchet with an 11/16 socket. And, depending on the height you are placing it, you may need a ladder. Oh, you also need some sort of stud finder. I have 2 stud finders and I think they both are not very reliable. So my stud finder now consists of about 6 round neodymium magnets that are a bit smaller than a dime. I just take them, one by one, and run them over the wall. When I get over a nail, they stick. So I place 4 to 6 of them down the wall and I know exactly where my stud is. Forget all the fancy stud finders. Unless they have a camera that x-rays the wall, I will not buy another one! My magnet method has not failed me yet!I have not run the cables down behind the wall yet because I need to go get a dry wall saw. But I will be installing a Powerbridge so there will be no cables showing when I am done. Right now, they are all dangling in mid-air. So I will try to post a picture once I get that part done.I have a Sony LED 40" 3D LED HDTV 1080P. It only weighs 25 pounds. So obviously this mount is not sagging one bit. I think the bracket weighs as much as the TV. But it is a very sturdy bracket. And yes, I tested it as a chin up bar. I can't even do one chin up, but still, it held my weight (with the TV mounted also) and didn't budge one bit. So, thus far, I will give it a 5 star rating! The only thing that I didn't like was that when I received it, there was a very deep scuff on the mount. Luckily it was on the plate that faces the back of the TV so you will never see it. Not sure how it happened because it was packaged pretty well. Maybe a manufacturing defect? Who knows. But because you can't see it, I am not worried about it.

One Corner Mount to rule them all
Debated on 4 or 5 stars. Wish I could say 4.5. What would make it a five, perhaps more instruction, guidance on how to use this wall mount as a corner mount. I needed a mount for my new Samsung 49" Curved UHD TV. I have a smallish basement, with a low ceiling, so mounting options were limited. I opted for a corner to save space and allow viewing flexibility. Thrilled with my choice. So lets get to it.Pros:- very reasonably priced. Some mounts cost hundreds more. Why? What do they offer. This has everything i could think I would need- ability to route cables, not great, but good enough. TV itself hides them quite well- Easy installation (once you determine location)- great dual articulating action- nice that it can tilt up/down- easy but solid/firm movement and adjustment- once you move or adjust, it stays point. Not slosh or sag- black color seems quite reasonable to me, and doesnt scream, LOOK AT ME, I"M A WALL MOUNTCons:- determining location for mounting is a challenge. How to make that determination for a corner mount scenario is even harder- one of the plastic "caps" that cover the primary wall bolts does not stay put. It falls out pretty easily- instruction are primarily pictures, not very helpful, but if you spend enough time with them the become clear- unit came with an assortment or tv mount screws/spaces. None worth with my Curved 49" samsung tv. So I needed separate trip to Mendards for longer hex screws.Perhaps the best thing I can say, is I was stressed out prior to installing. I measure not once, twice, or even three times. I measured a great deal, used a large piece of cardboard as a "mock" tv to understand if placement is what I wanted. In the end, it is perhaps slightly (1" or 2") to high, but I'm still very satisfied. And after a number of weeks, I've forgotten all about the install stress. I just enjoy the TV now.Before/after photo of the mount, from a room view.

Excellent mount..well made...nice extras
Went looking through Amazon (like I do for nearly everything!) for a wall mount for our 60" 3D tv. Decided on this one after reading reviews on it combined with the price point as compared to other mounts in its class. Well...the tv is now mounted up in the corner of our bedroom! :-)This mount is very well made in terms of the quality of the metal used and the overall fabrication and assembly of the unit. It is finished nicely with a black coating. The arm moves freely with just the right amount of tension being maintained. The built-in level assisted in mounting the bracket to the wall correctly. The only point of advisement I would offer is to test fit the bracket that attaches to the tv onto the the wall mount arm BEFORE trying to put the tv onto the wall mount. My wife and I found out that one of the tabs that connects the bracket (read TV) to the arm was not bent out far enough to engage on the arm mount. This was determined after 15 minutes of wrestling a 60" TV 5 feet in the air trying to get in secured onto the arm mount. Not fun. A minor tweak of prying the metal tab out a bit more with a screwdriver did the trick but it would have been MUCH easier had I test fit the parts together first. With the adjustment made, the TV connected snugly to the arm mount and was further secured with two set screws. The wall mount has durable plastic covers on each side of the arm which unscrew to provide cable/wire channels to hide all of the feeder lines going to/from the tv (HDMI, power, CAT5e, Digital Audio, etc etc). This is a nice touch and makes for a very clean looking installation.Like I said, the 60" tv now sits securely in the corner of our bedroom and moves smoothly with little effort to a position that allows it to go flat against the wall. Even with a tv this size, the arm is solid with no flex, drooping nor sagging. An excellent wall mount for the money!!
