This carving fork is by far the favorite of anyone who has seen it in my collection. It is also wicked sharp as I have blindly pricked my fingers a couple of times rummaging through my knife pack.

This is not just a ‘fork’; this is a work of art! It is so stunningly beautiful I’m almost afraid to use it! The celestial blue resin and wood handle is just gorgeous. I currently have it ‘on display’ on my magnetic knife board. It looks fantastic and matches several other blue resin items I have in my kitchen. Okay, enough about how it looks; it is also the best meat fork I’ve ever had. The tines are long and sharp, so you have no problem spearing the meat. The fork is weighted just right, so it is extremely comfortable to work with. The Valhalla Series by Dalstrong are the ultimate professional cooking utensils. Worth every penny.
