Very unhappy item arrived started unpacking the item and noticed things weren’t wrapped inside the bags and they were used and dirty and broken now I have to pack it up and return it and wait for another to be shipped. All while my current shower is broken. So frustrating

Previous 2-Star Review - Issue: I purchased the BWE Rainfall Shower Panel Waterfall with Handheld Shower (Matte Black 6-IN-1 Stainless Steel Shower Tower Panel System with Massage Body Jets and Tub Spout Wall Mount) on November 15, 2023, through Amazon. The small knobs on the larger dials became loose and eventually broke off. It doesn't make sense for a plastic thread to handle that much usage. How can I get replacement knobs? Aside from this issue, we do enjoy the water pressure and the variety of jet options.

For the price, this unit is a great value. The massage jets and hand wand have a powerful spray that is easily controlled by the user. Water temperature and function knobs make shower time a wonderful experience. The unit is well constructed and installing is simple with the proper tools. The big negative is the attachment of the hand wand is way more difficult than it should be because of poor design. The spray jets were very stiff at first but with careful manipulation they now work just fine. This shower tower completed the upgrade to our bathroom, turning the shower stall into a spa experience. Looks good, feels good, you will not want to get out of the shower (Be mindful of water usage and high utility bills). It is plain Jane without the bells and whistles, but I love the look and I love the power.

We renovated our bathroom so it took about a month to finally have the shower tower installed and it looked great. One problem the handheld shower was broken at the base. I was dreading asking for a replacement because of past customer service (not with this company). But Tony at BWE was on it and sent it out to me in one week!!! Great customer service, great response time. Thank you so much!!!

The first time I received this item, multiple parts, including the shower wand were missing. I returned it and received a refund. I then re-purchase the item and it Also, came with missing parts. I.e. screws and water connectors. I was able to acquire the parts separately and install the product. It works fine, but the quality control of packaging appears to leave something to be desired.

Lost a ton of water pressure installing this. Looks great, but performs badly.

Love, love, love this product. This is the third one I ordered. I have one in every shower in my house.

We love the shower system, though the temperature display is really unnecessary and difficult to change battery. We probably don't need all the spray jets, but when completely renovating a bathroom, why not go for the gusto? Temperature and spray are easy to adjust, the wand is long enough and powerful.

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP Worse quality ever. Less than 6 months in the usage and it is leaking from all faucets. Impossible to contact seller via Amazon and no return from their website.

Yes, identical brand system is at Home Depot or just under $600 Canadian. It works fantastic. I had seen reviews about it being hard to see the settings but it really isn’t. I had mine memorized within two days love all the options. It works fantastic and super glad I went without the digital temperature display just set this where you want it and it stays there.

I can’t believe the quality of this for the price we paid. The pressure that comes out of it is surprisingly great. Look is amazing as well!
