I will definitely buy more of these.
Godox is one of the most versatile photography brand that I have ever come across. As with any new photographers, I was buying stuff without thinking. I bought several Speedlight flash of mainstream brands, and the problem I encountered was that they don't talk to each other, so it was time to buy radio transmitters. After wasting a lot of money, I found Godox system and it was a godsend. All their products speak the same language so I bought, SK400 II, MS300 and now I discovered the freedom with battery powered Speedlight size strobe with good amount of power for my needs as a home photography studio. Godox Xpro trigger is the only thing that you need for your specific brand of camera. In my case it's Nikon but even if I want to use different brand of camera in future, I do not need to worry about changing my whole lighting system. All I need is a Godox trigger for the brand and it will make my transition more efficient and convenient. This AD200 is a gem of a small travel friendly on location companion for photographers. Battery life is unbelievable as I haven't charged yet even though I took hundreds of photos so far with first charge. Beautiful light with spare bare bulb head for softbox or use fresnel head more bounce off flash etc. I am delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to my fellow photographer friends.

Excellent piece of kit, well designed, compact and powerful
What a joy this speedlight is. It is so easy to use and very compact, fitting easily into a camera bag if you wish. I bought it on the back of lots of reviews on line and YouTube and I am not disappointed. I won’t go into the spec here as it’s in the description. Suffice to say being three times more powerful than a standard speedlight really opens up flexibility and creativity. My first proper shoot was a business to business branding shoot, ran over 4 hours. The AD200 never missed a beat and there was lots of battery life left at the end of the shoot. I used it in conjunction with a TT685s and X-Pro s trigger on a Sony system, the client was delighted with the results and so was I. The interchangeable flash head is very useful. I used the bare bulb with a Godox double diffused pop up soft box in ordered I could fill the box and distribute light evenly. It worked a treat, and it can be used to provide a very constant, flat light in a whole room if required by simply pointing it upwards. I also have the round head attachment and was able to use the barn doors from the Godox kit to provide some s creative lighting across some of the products, again the AD200 proved itself no problem. Worth every penny, I can see me getting another one in the future. Thoroughly recommended.

AD200 is still a beast
This is the second AD200 I have decided to buy. I don't think the ad200mk2 is worth getting for the 1/256 and better light consistency as I'm more then happy with the Ad200 performance, weight and battery life. I use the ad200 as a off camera flash using the godox flash as the trigger. as it offer the flash power control. this ad200 comes in a foam case so the bulb does not come with the metal protector like the previous packaging. which is why I was bit disappointed, The battery does not auto lock when I pushed the battery, I have to force the lock but it does stay locked. for new user hold down the function button and increase the auto power off or set it to 90min if you are shooting in hot or humid condition, the bulb will over heat so keep the Zion flash head handy to switch between. follow me on Instagram @r42prostudio

Wouldn't shoot a wedding without one!
If you're a wedding photographer and don't have an off camera set up, look no further, this thing is perfect, I've used it indoors and outdoors with optional difuser and it's amazing even in a HUGE church! You can trigger it via a Godox v860 also which is very helpful!

Great product, quick delivery
This product has got so many reviews online that it would be waste of time to repeat it here again. Top quality, I own few of them and use daily in studio. Easy to set up and control. Once charged they run forever. Highly recommended

Godox AD200 Newest ?
I don't know where the "Newest" came from, it is the original AD200. Having said that it was delivered quickly at a good price. I have been unable to test it with a camera as I have just received a transmitter.
