Didn't work for me
This may be lugols iodine but I doubt it is 5%. It is a very watered down version of my normal lugols which was out of stock so I ordered this instead. The fluid is about 80% thinner than my usual iodine which I have been using for 12 years. After taking this one for a day I felt more sluggish, tired, bloated so had to take almost double my norm and within 3 days I put on 2.5kg. Thankfully my usual one came back in stock on amazon and within a few days of being back on it I lowered the dose and my weight returned to normal. This might work for some people but if you have hashimoto's I would be mindful.
