Lifesaver
Bought this for my mom less than a year ago. She's had two falls, both of which were fairly severe. She was able to call for help both times. I can't stress how thankful I am. Thanks to this device, my mother is still here with me and recovering and getting stronger daily.

No signal, no service
In the year of our lord 2024, it seems like it would be pretty hard to build a device that can't get a cellular signal in a suburban apartment building next door to a cellular tower. Yet here we are! Not to mention that the signup and activation process is excruciating. Is there a setup guide in the box? Friends, there is not. The webpage you need to use to activate the device and set up the account doesn't clearly distinguish between the person setting up the account and the person who needs care, and once you've done that wrong you can't change it! All in all, it's a bad interface and a worse product. Don't waste your time.

Alert contacts
System is fine until an alert sounds and user not able to respond and dialer goes to responder listed on your paperwork. That responder hears a phone call from different automatic areas like Florida or other areas making that call seem like a scammer call.I fell this morning causing an injury and not able to get up. The system did call but when I didn’t answer it called my listed responder. She received a call showing Florida on responders I’d. Please try to change this notification to show Medical Alert so the call will be answered.

A real sense of security and peace of mind
This was purchased for my elderly mother, who’s had some health issues. It is really giving me peace of mind to know that if she does have a fall Emergency services and myself will be notified as soon as possible so that we can get her the quick care that she will need. Very easy to set up and use

Misses its Target Audience
No elderly person can set this up on his/her own, but more importantly the wristband is almost impossible for the user to put on by himself and there are no instructions for how to do it. The pendant would be a nuisance to sleep with, yet going to the bathroom during the night is exactly when many elderly people fall. As my mother said, this doesn't seem to be designed for use by old people. The wristband is very poorly designed and very unattractive. The buttons are the home base are not labeled, not even the power button! The absence of an instruction manual is inexcusable, especially for elderly people who are not technologically proficient.

great safety device for elderly care
I really like the device because it offers reliable safety features for the elderly and it’s very easy to set up. Very happy with the safety it provides as dealing with elderly is very difficult, and this device adds extra safety.
