I've tried 3 different flavors and they have all been great thus far. I do believe the price is a bit steep, but it's great to have individual drink packets specially when you're on the go. I have not noticed any difference in regards to my gut or bloating- I have good days and I have bad days just like everyone, but I still drink it because it tastes great. I put my drink with ice and it tastes like a beverage I'd get from a bubble tea spot.
