Extremely Poor build quality and not worth the money at all. Bought this in April 2025 and we do not do a lot of deep frying and our kitchen is very well ventilated, so it is very sparingly used in last 8 months. Inspite of that about 2 weeks ago the plastic part supporting the glass flap just came off wheny wife was cooking. Luckily my wife was able to prevent it from falling and breaking. Since it's in warranty I raised a service request for repair. The technician called and visited after 2, 3 days and told that since it's a plastic part it will be charged. It's not covered in warranty. I was shocked to hear this lame excuse. I mean first of all its such a low quality that it didn't even last a year even when it's seldom used. Secondly in my opinion it's a design flaw - may be intentional to force customers to buy this poor quality plastic part repeatedly. Otherwise I do not see any reason why this part should be plastic and that too low quality non durable plastic. So my advise is - Do not go for the name and also do not waste money in buying extended warranty as they won't cover the poor qualaity plastic parts.

The chimney makes lot of noise. Not worth to purchase. It is waste of money ... Look for other options or model.
