Roxy Juniors Grand Thoughts Backpack

I bought this item based on the dimensions...and I am more than pleased. I was looking for a big backpack for my now 7th grader. In my country, kids have to take many books to school every day, so they fit perfectly in this bag. Besides the cooler pocket at the front is very useful as I can send her snacks and juice without worrying about any spills.

Lots of space, waterproof and light weight. The pattern was mess up a bit but it's ok.

Its a backpack that my kid uses for school. It still works and hasn't ripped so my review is based only on the quality of it. Well made.

Ordered this backpack for my niece who started 10th grade. The size of the bag was larger than expected. Many compartments. She loves it!

I bought 2 of the Roxy backpacks for my daughters. They have used them for a year now with no holes, broken zippers, or broken straps. One of my daughters is in high school & carries several heavy textbooks with no problem. It has even room for all of their books & supplies. The bottom & straps are very sturdy. Even after a year the bottom still does not show any signs in the corners of possible holes. This has been a problem with every other backpack I have bought, even high end brands. Both girls walk 2 miles each day with their backpack & the shoulder straps are comfortable & do not dig in. It has 2 front pockets. The larger one is insulated & perfect for snacks or a beverage that they want to keep cold for the walk home. They have used ice in baggies when we forget to refreeze their ice packs, & have yet to experience a problem with liquid leaking out. The backpack also has 2 dose pockets for water bottles. I have purchased many backpacks the past 15 years, including top dollar high end. This is by far their favorite & I'm pleased it has lasted a year so far.

I was unsure exactly what would arrive when I purchased this backpack. I bought it as a lightning deal, and it seemed like a bargain, as I commute into the city for my graduate program, I always have a lot of textbooks on me. This may say "Juniors" but, let me assure you, I am an adult and have SEVERAL books and other items I put in my backpack (i.e. water, snacks, reading books, etc.). Everything fits, the backpack is comfortable to wear and easily adjustable. My only advisement would be, that if you are purchasing this for a small child, it is probably too big for them, as it is quite a large backpack. But, all-in-all, Roxy makes quality products and it was an excellent purchase of which I highly recommend.
