I have not used this before but was quite pleased with the result when I tried it out. It is very cooling and refreshing especiaaly during our 'hot spell' of weather.

I have used 1, for both my lower legs, suffer from """"poor circulation """" 2, used on back of neck incredibly tight/painful muscles due to """stress""" relief came around 10 to 20 mins after use!! I bought this for my wife, but she wasn't very happy at the end. the smell is lovely but it doesn't really cool down your legs with a fresh sensation. there are other brands who do best for this purpose. rest assure I love the other spray they do

This spray is the best I have ever used. It is not cheap but worth every penny! I use it for tired, heavy swollen legs and it cools them down bringing great relief. I have recently suffered from an unstable knee and spraying this on my knee rather like a cold compress is also helpful. I thoroughly recommend this spray to anyone with similar problems.

Menthol makes it have a cooling effect!
