This supplement is the most effective and the best brand I've tried. It has completely eliminated my uti's. It's reasonably priced but worth more to me than all my other supplements. D-Mannose is a supplement that is recommended by a lot of doctors, including urologists and urogynecologists to help prevent UTIs. D-Mannose is a natural plant-based supplement that is said to bind to e-coli and flushes it out of the system before it can develop into an infection. This product is the one I recommend. It is pure, in a powdered form that mixes easily with liquids, cereals, etc. and is free of fillers and the gelatin casing used in capsules. It has a pleasantly light, sweet taste. I've used it for about two months and have not had an UTI issues. I take it 2 times a day and also take UTIVA, a cranberry supplement along with it. They work well together. Naturebell D-Mannose can be added to smoothies and there's even a Cleansing Smoothie recipe on the jar. The jar is plastic and contains a scoop for conveniently pre-measuring your dosage. Each scoop contains 2 grams of D-Mannose. The scoop is white, so it's hard to see sometimes and that's the only criticism I would have. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for D-Mannose that is organic, gelatin-free, and pure.

Good product for humans in that it's the ultimate in UTI and bladder care. I learned to much about this valuable function of D-Mannose in people, that I decided to always have some. D-Mannose is absolutely valuable also for cats/dogs suffering from kidney disease. When the vomiting begins that comes with their kidney disorder, 1/2 tspn D-Mannose along with 1/4 to 1/2 tspn slippery elm not only gets symptoms under control, it maintains at a fairly steady health condition with maintenance at 1/4 tspn D-Mannose with 1/8 slippery elm. The Slippery Elm helps remove impurities kidneys no longer can. These things can only work for animals with kidney disorder as long as they are OFF ALL DRY cat and/or dog foods and exclusively on wet foods additionally moistened with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water added; and ZERO salt - their kidneys just can't process salt. You also cannot give them large portions of foods with kidney disease, that also induces vomiting; maybe due to the kidneys just can't process very much. Dried foods are just too much work for their kidneys to process and 'does' makes them very sick. Think about it a little, do cats eat dried food in the wild? Their intestines just can't process all that dried food. It is likely why so many cats sadly end up with life-threatening mega colon also where the colon muscle has stopped working. Cats in the desert wild do not drink a lot of water - that is likely part of all cats' existence. So we as pet helpers need to add fluids to their foods, & liquid probiotics. I make home-made water kefir grain probiotic. I got the water kefir grains on Amazon. I listened to the vets in sadness and fear for the last time a couple short months ago. They sent my cat home after over a year of daily and nightly vomiting continuously until she was a very near death skeleton, stating that with kidney disease, "nothing" could be done; that it was 'over.' Well, a local health food store owner told me she'd been through a 'very difficult time' with her cat's kidney disease and told me about D-Mannose. She told me when I see the vomiting start, get her on 1/2 tspn D-Mannose in her food right away. They get used to the blended soft food with the D-Mannose taste (I use GRAIN FREE soft food because grain food tends to start vomiting also likely do to causing digestive issues which kidneys can barely do anymore). I told the health food store owner that I had some D-Mannose at home and got the D-Mannose to my cat as fast as I could so happy to have learned of this information. Sure enough, for some unknown reason to me, it stabilizes the continuous vomiting. Remember don't over feed food to them also. My cat does much better - her depression lifted and I got to witness her behave as an actual cat after about 1 1/4 years of her in pain and helplessness I couldn't help her with. It was very sad. D-Mannose is an interesting product for so many wonderful uses.

The D Mannose powder works as described and was delivered ahead of the projected time!! Very happy with the product.

So far so good. I take half a scoop in the morning with hot tea and the other in the evening with water. Equaling 1 full scoop of 2000mg for the day. I have had 2 UTIs in 6 weeks followed by cystitis symptoms (all in 3 month) which is not bacterial turns out. I was given antibiotics so it’s hard for me to say this “cured” my symptoms as I started taking them within a day of each other. I will say taking this is like taking an AZO pain and urgency relief tablet without making me want to throw up and cramp(or give me bright orange pee that stains). I was so done with these problems I started researching UTI relief supplants and found out about D-Mannose. I really wish I knew about this years ago as I have had over 20 UTIs at least since I was a preteen. I mentioned it to my doctor and he said yes take it ! I also take probiotics and a cranberry supplement. This brand is packed nicely and the powder is clumped like powdered sugar. I recommend this product!

The first time I ordered this was great. It seems to really help with urinate tract issues. If I felt like I had a problem starting, I’d take this 2x a day for about a week and it went away. It’s also good for preventative maintenance. If you take it once a day. I mix it into my morning glass of water. There’s quite a bit of product in the jar so it does last a while. The issue is with the packaging. The second time I bought this, the seal was completely broken so I sent it back. The seal is the only thing keeping the contents secure. There is no paper covering the jar that you also have to rip off in order to use it, like on an aspirin bottle. I ordered it again. This time the plastic seal was loose but not completely off. I didn’t feel like returning it again so I kept it. Hopefully the contents are ok. I’ve been using it and I’m still alive so, so far so good! The next time I need D-Mannose, I will probably buy from a different seller because of the plastic seal issue.
