Cannon-Fenske Opaque. Series 500 Cannon-Fenske Opaque Viscometers (reverse flow type) are used for dark Newtonian liquids; especially suitable for liquids so dark in color that cannot be seen in a Cannon-Fenske routine viscometer. Use to study the effects of various additives on lubricating and hydraulic oils. Also use to study shearing stress and shearing rate. Sample volume: 12 ml. Precision: ±0.3%.
