Brilliant! Got this as Christmas present after seeing one on James Martin's Saturday Kitchen. Used for the first time today using the Hairy Bikers Tandoori Chicken samosa recipe. Instead of the recommended pastry used ready made filo, turned out beautifully. Very impressed with the machine, heated up quickly, easy to use, easy to clean.

Baked snacks great, samosas maybe.
The reason I haven't given a great review is that we haven't found a dough mix that gives a good result - cooks properly and seals well. Bizarrely enough our best result to date was using shop bought wraps. Samosas also taste completely different when traditionally fried, something that I should have realised and not a fault with the machine. As a machine for making tasty little baked snacks I think it is pretty good, but as a samosas maker not so good.

So disappointed
I had very high hopes for this machine but it was such a let down. I am by no means useless in the kitchen but this gadget became my nemesis. Trying to place and mould pastry onto hot, shaped plates was nigh on impossible. I managed a small amount of underwhelming sucess with puff but the filo was cooked and dried out before I could attempt to get the filling in. This gadget is also a really impractical size and shape if (like me) you have visions of cheating with shop-bought pastry. I'm afraid after a couple of very frustrating months mine was packed off to the charity shop.
