I been taking this product for about 2 months and on my 3rd bottle. It definitely helps with my insomnia and definitely the best nightime fat burner I have tried so far. I can also tell a difference in my digestion, which is good for me because normally I would have a bowel movement maybe one every 2 days. Now I have at least 1-2 everyday. As far as weight loss, there is no magic pill, but I will say that along with my workout routine and daytime fat burner, night shred helped me get of those 10 extra pounds in 2 months and 2 inches of my waist."

Very effective in sleep and good value for money. Side effect: is really side in effect like if u take it late and don't complete your sleep properly then whole day will be drowsy. So discipline is required to use product for great good effect.
