2010 Acura TL Hid conversion to led
Sap far so good , just did a test on them to make sure they fit & work properly & they did work how I was expecting them to. Since I’m converting my HID to LED & no longer needed the HID baluster , I was able to use the plug from baluster as you can see in the picture. Everything was pug & play… I will be giving an update to determine how long they last

Perfect Prius HID replacements, with only minor work required!
Update May 11, 2023The 2nd/last of the first batch of these just died, and was replaced by the remaining bulb of the second batch. So, one bulb lasted 3 years 3 months (45k miles) and the other last 4 years 6 months (60k miles). Mind you, the headlights on this car are on with the car, so these bulbs have many, many hours on them. I’d estimate about 1,800 running hours.Update March 1, 2022.One of these bulbs just died. They lasted about 3 years and 3 months and about 45,000 miles. Excellent.Update July 2021, these bulbs are STILL going strong! Now almost 3 years old. No problems whatsoever. Now with over 35,000 miles driven. This is one of the most impressive products I have ever purchased.Update: July 2020, I’ve now had these bulbs for 20 months. They still work great. I’ve put about 20,000 miles on the car in temps from -10 to 110 Fahrenheit. These bulbs just keep right on going. No flicker, no dimming, no problems at all.Original review:These work absolutely fantastic as replacement for the stupidest idea in Toyota history... the Prius HIDs.The trick with using these is that I was able to confirm that the Prius powers the headlight ECU with 12v *and* only does it when the headlights are switched on AND gets no information back whatsoever. In other words, the car has no idea if the lights or the computer are working or not, so you can simply steal the computers power to run the headlights. This is made even simpler by the fact that the computer plug in inside the dust cover simply pulls right off and reveals 2 male spade connectors. All you need to do to use these light on a Prius is unplug the headlight computer from inside the dust cover and swap the male spade connectors on the extension that comes with these lights with females. This is a simple process for anyone who can do basic 12v wiring. I recommend getting heat-shrink tubing to remove/replace whats on the wiring sheath so you have a bit more wire to use. There's plenty of length, several times more than you need. Now, plug the new connectors into the computers dust cover, stuff all the wires inside the assembly and twist the cover back on.You haven't even removed any of the original parts... you could go right back to HIDs if, for some unknown, unfathomable reason you ever wanted to.Since everything else about the Prius headlights is controlled external to the HID assembly, it all still works... namely, high-beams and auto-leveler.These lights are FAR brighter than my HIDs were and much whiter too. Even in broad-daylight it's plainly obvious just by looking at them with one of each installed. My only minor complaint is that the solenoid for the high-low beam lever is directly beneath the bulb on the Prius and these lights are made with the wiring coming straight out the bottom, so it is a bit of a tight fit. It's really not a problem though, I just wish there was more clearance. So, here you have a brighter, whiter headlight... that's costs less than 1/2 as much for a PAIR as the original Toyota HID lights do EACH!

06 Prius HID replacements
Direct fit in 2006 Prius HID housings. Easy splice into 12 volt line that feeds the crappy ballasts. Now I have reliable decent visibility at night. Changing Prius headlights is time consuming, Google saves the day.

If your car has factory HID, stick with HID.
I have a 2005 G35 Sedan with Spec-D halo projector headlights. I have factory HID for my lows and an H1 for my high beams. The LED D2 kit (LA D2) seems legit, cool packaging and all the necessary components for plug and play. In order to use this kit, you must eliminate the HID ballast and wires. Pretty simple, however, for my application, I had to splice my harness to make this kit work.I also purchased new D2R HID bulbs as a comparison to see if the LASFIT kit was brighter than factory HID. I will tell you, if your vehicle came factory with HID, stick with HID. The LED LASFIT D2 kit was not brighter than the HID. Using a light meter and having the car back from the wall @ 108” I registered 1,806 Lux for the LED kit and 2,680 for the HID.I will say that the LED kit has a wider pattern than the HID which helped with seeing the sides of the road better at night which I need since I drive rural areas. Overall, the kit is good and a great upgrade to halogens, however, if your car has factory HID, stay with the HID.I will drive tonight and take some photos of the LASFIT D2 LED kit installed along with LASFIT H1 LED KIT for my high beams.

Seems like a quality product.
Rating based only on quality and construction of the product I received. The bulbs felt good and seem to be built out of good quality products. As for the use/function of the lights I can not rate as I was not able to install the lights in my car (2007 Maxima). It is not a plug and play product for this car. The connections don’t match and even trying to use the universal adapter they include in the package I was not able to get the lights to work. Making a direct connection to the battery I was able to get the lights to come on, they are super white and bright and the fan is not loud at all. Customer service was more then happy to help with any questions with a 24/48 hr return time. Unfortunately, having to drop the whole front end of the car to change the bulbs means that I didn’t have the luxury to wait for response and needed the car out back together to go to work. I website with installation information would be great.

Probably won't buy again
I bought these in 2018 to change out my 2008 Prius HID bulbs. The process wasn't too bad. I had to watch a couple of YouTube videos and it took a couple of hours. Initially, they were bright, but the reflector setup isn't great, so you get a heavy split in the light. Also, the cooling fans are loud. When you shut down a prius, the lights stay on until you open a door. You can distinctly hear the cooling fans running from inside the vehicle. So, to the part that was the most disappointing: Even though these are LED (which typically have a long life), it is now early 2021 and one has dimmed so much that it is almost useless. The other seems to be dimmimg also - but not quite as badly.I am currently looking for some replacements that are either less expensive (if I have to replace them every 3 years) or of better quality.

Decepcionado.
