Ryobi R18T-0 One Plus Cordless LED Torch, 18 V, Hyper Green

Got this with an amazon gift card I received at Christmas, I had been looking at the Ryobi LED torches for a while but was hesitant to get one (not sure why now!). I own a few of the Ryoby One+ hand tools, they are a bit pricier than the comparable brands but have the huge advantage of sharing the same battery, which Ryobi has not changed in years, and I feel they are well made compare to other brands I have had in the past. The torch is very light and used with a 1.5Ah battery it is the perfect torch for my toolbox and the house but has also been a trusty companion for evening walks where it's very conformable to carry and provide a very good light. I have also tested with a 5Ah battery and the weight is making the torch a bit less practical to carry although it probably could provide 24 hours or more of constant light but for ease of use I definitely recommend the 1.5Ah or 2Ah.The light beam is great bright and crisp, a sign that Ryobi have used a descent LED there, you can rotate the head of the torch so for example it can rest on the floor and light up, a very useful feature for some DIY jobs, the handle itself can be used to hold the torch on a plank of wood or a branch.I have now had the torch for over a week and had over 6 hours of used from the 1.5Ah battery.Overall I'm delighted with the torch, if you have one or forehand tools from Ryobi's One+ range then it a definite well with addition to any toolbox or household. I TRULY RECOMMEND A+

Like I said above,…. Plus, the handle let’s me tuck it into the straps on my truck. A bit costly, but it does the job without any fuss.

nothing special about this torch. With the battery added it a bit on the large size. Plus it's priced far too high.

Gives out a good light. Note: Ryobi battery not included, but they are interchangeable with other Ryobi tools. Battery life seems ok

I have bought ryobi battery tools for year's so have all the same batteries so no problem with tools that are not used often which you find batteries deterioate though lack if use

Very, very bright, great adjustment on the angle of the head and very long operating time when using a 5 Ah battery, I had one running for 4 hours in a loft and it was as bright at the end as it was at the start.
