Very good item, simple and very easy to use and cuts mostveg quite swiftly from saurkraut to onions carrots etc. Has removable blades but you can do most chopping and cutting with the main cutting blade which is adjustable and length wise cutting so your6chopping and cutting in two directions. Comes with a glove and veg holder but I prefer the cut resistant gloves. Saves time esp when chopping saurkraut and the larger items.

sharp, pretty easy to use and clean, the only thing I would suggest is another slot for the blade in the mandolin, you don't want to put that in the draw with a blade on it, I put the blade in the lid of the blade box and taped it closed because the blades are surgically sharp. The other thing is there's no measure to show you how thin or thick the slices will be which means there's a bit of trial and error. Overall I gave it 5 stars because it feels sturdy and works.

This slices anything with ease. Cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, onions and even fingertips!Make sure you wear the glove that’s included!

When you start slicing, you will notice that the hand held slider slips all over the place. Plus when you get lower on the item you’re sliding the hand held device doesn’t hold the item. It appears that it needs to be replaced with one that slides between the guides

Sharp and plenty of features, but the finger guard is too wide to get close enough to the cutting deck. This, plus the slight flex in the deck when you push against it, means you waste a lot of food — it can’t push the last half centimetre or so of whatever you’re cutting through the blades
