I am sorry to say but this is a load of rubbish,the attachments don’t fit right so it leaks and then to top it off even more it has stopped working and this all happened in the first 2 minutes of me using it for the first time. Do not recommend anybody to purchase this

Very disappointed with this item. Some components missing and a very poor instruction booklet. I have been unable to get it to work, motor is running but no water.

The product arrived damaged and the battery is not charging.

I had to wash off 5 plastic pieces of storage equipment and I got soaked. The hose holder fell off about 6 times like it does not hold a hose, it pissed water all over me. And it washed 2 racks of the 5 before I tossed it in frustration. Do not buy this if you are doing serious pressure washing!

Easy to put together--except at least one part SHOULD screw onto something but where it goes, there are no threads on the other side. Luckily, that piece served no real function.Then, they give you a "bucket". The handle falls out when you lift it with any water in it...and the rim weighs down the walls so the bucket collapses--unusable.Then, the device itself is mostly cheap plastic and parts all fit poorly. The stream of water that shoots out is so weak you need to hold the "gun" right up to whatever you are trying to spray. Only "plus"--the battery charged well in just about 4 hours. Otherwise, it's a waste of money and effort. It's advertised at 950 psi...but, seriously, I might as well just splash water out of a bucket. Pressure was virtually nonexistent. Better off using my garden hose...or, if I want the same pressure in a portable unit, save an old Windex bottle.I received mine yesterday late afternoon, charged the battery last night, tried it out this morning...and returned it to Amazon around 10 am. Worst piece of junk I've ever bought online.
