These bars are expensive, but worth it! They are very satisfying, taste too good to be true, and the texture is smooth. In a nutshell they are beyond amazing. 🤩 Just one bad gives sustained energy on fasting days. With a low sugar content they work for those who fast. They are extremely filling, too!

I tried these bars as part of the Prolon fast. They taste great and I like to have them on hand for days when I am not doing a full-on Prolon fast, but want to do my modified version. I like this flavor the best.

Price comparable to the Prolon website with quicker delivery. I do find these handy for fast/ calorie restricted days. They taste good to ok, depending on the flavor, and keep down hunger, keep energy up.

These taste rancid and I’m very concerned that it won’t allow me to return. The expiration date is suspicious as well.

I do intermittent fasting 2-3 times per year for about 2 weeks and usually try to find quick and easy ways to help me get my macros and micros necessary for sustainability. These bars are great with ingredients I know and can feel comfortable replenishing my body with the vitamins it needs while fasting. I only wish there was more protein in them, which I need more of while fasting. They all taste good, but coconut macadamia is my favorite, honey and nuts for second and chocolate chip for third.The negative - these are pricey! $36 a box for 12 bars makes these $3 each. The protein bar industry is highly competitive and there are hundreds out there. And there are plenty that have natural ingredients with the same benefits there are better with their price point. Bars are great yes, but not sure if I'd buy them again based on my wallet.

The bar tastes okay especially if you are looking for a bar you can eat during your fasting period but it’s expensive. I’m not sure I would order this again. I think I’d rather save money and have a cup of black coffee to curb my appetite but I’m glad I gave it a try. If you’re curious, my suggestion is to give it a shot and see what you think.

Great flavor and great for fasting days. Highly recommend. All natural ingredients- no junk.

I usually do between 16-17 hrs fasting daily. I eat one of these around 17 hrs and then fast a few more hrs. These do not affect my ketones or blood glucose. I got the variety pack and they all taste good. I will say that the chocolate chip is my favorite followed by the nut + honey but will definitely get the variety pack again.
