I got this to work on the range of motion on my right arm. It is very useful and easy to use. My only issue is the price.

We bought this product in May and the product is now broken. The middle handle has dislodge from the circle.

Great therapy tool. Allows necessary repetitive rotation movements for recovery. You may want to also buy some Velcro straps to help you hang on to it if your ability to grip is compromised.
