This is the most refreshing drink! It has a slight Apple cider vinagear taste which I love! Not sweet. The other two (the green seltzer and red soda) are sweeter and from a maple tree as opposed to a birch tree. All are delicious!

I was intrigued by this, cause I love the flavor of Birch. I was expecting a flavor resembling the smell of cutting into a fresh birch log. It was nothing like that pretty much taste like water with a weird bit of sweetness. If you’re curious about this product and you’re on the fence about spending almost $50 (including shipping,) I would suggest you keep moving and avoid this product. Sorry guys.

Naturally sweetened goodness. Perhaps since xylitol is derived from the birch tree maybe this is automatically good for my teeth.I really don't know if that's a true statement but this soda alternative is excellent

tastes good and healthy too. i luv it. it's just expensive
