I was curious about what an ab roller could do for you, so I got one. This relatively cheap one seems to be built well and tbh I can’t see any way you could improve such a product by paying any more. To assemble, just put the metal rod in, put the two grips on, boom. As for if it works? Well I definitely felt its effects when I tried using it. Good workout. Very satisfying. Great addition to a home workout.

First off, the ones with the double wheels? Much harder to use! My gym has a double so I compared them. The single wheel is better. It's hard enough to work your abs from a kneeling position and standing up. You really feel it and this wheel is a great purchase. Simple, sturdy, easy to put together and does the job perfectly. A bargain. Buy one

Amazing ab workout comfortable to grip only complaint is that the handles aren’t glued into place and feels a little unsettling building but works very well

This is a basic one BUT it does what it should do. If you are beginner this is the one to get 1st. If you know the game this is also good for you. I’ve had no problems apart from you will need a mat or cushion for your knees. Then take it easy because you can get carried away then the next day your abs are really feeling it. Enjoy!!!!
