Hello, currently the only ear pads I offer that will fit soundlink on-ear headphones are the blue L&R version or the black OE2 version (no L&R). It sounds like you purchased my Qc3 ear pads with grey L&R. Those do not attach the same way as they use a plastic frame instead of skirting. The Soundlink on-ear ear pads are back in stock as of the weekend.
