I absolutely love these. I get migraines on the regular. I used to use a headache hat which was basically rows of ice cubes in a headband, which made it very uncomfortable to lay on when they were completely frozen. These are much nicer to sleep on, so comfortable. They get very cold so if you're sensitive to cold you may be better off putting them in the fridge for a while. One of the best things about them is that they cover your eyes and also go down to the base of your skull which is where I carry a lot of my pain so you don't have to pick and choose which portions of your head you are trying to help.

I absolutely love these. These are so affordable in comparison to other brands. It's like freezing your brain from the outside.. whether your are trying to cool down from a hot day or relieving your headache. Covers the eyes perfectly for me..

I absolutely love these migraine caps. I keep one in my freezer and anytime a headache or migraine starts, I pop it on and take a nap. The cold pressure is so soothing and genuinely helps me feel better. One of those things I didn’t know I needed until I had it — now I wouldn’t go without it.

I have horrible migraine and your cap gives every inch of my pain points relief! My eyes, my crown to my neck is on ice when I use my cap. So much easier and more comfortable than a bag of ice! Ive purchased 4 sets for family members and they love them. Thank you!

I love how it’s tight and feels very comfortable and soothing when you have a migraine. It’s almost perfect. The only complaint I have is they don’t stay cold for very long at all. Maybe 10 minutes ish but I’ve fallen asleep with it on and it was really nice that it kept it dark and comfortable. I wish they stayed colder longer.

I was suffering from a really intense migraine the moment this arrived at my doorstep. I couldn't rip this cap out of the package fast enough. It is unbelievably soft and squishy. It was already cold due to the weather and the relief was wonderful. Fit perfectly over my head and then past my eyes. My only dislike is the opening on the top. I can easily stitch that shut so not a big complaint. Comfortable to sleep in as well. Absolutely love it!

These ice cap fits my large head comfortably without an unbearable squeeze. The chills doesn’t last long, but the 2 pack.

I have a 17 year old and 14 year old who suffer from migraines. We keep these in the fridge. My kids feel a migraine or arrive home with an already intense migraine..they take med, grab one of these from the fridge, and go lay down in their dark bedrooms! This product helps to put some pressure on those headache pressure points while the coolness helps to alleviate the pain. The product instructions also state you can heat this as am option as well. We have not ever tried that as the cold seems to bring more relief for the migraine.

For quite some time, I have been getting severe migraines regularly and have constant headaches . I have found over the years than an ice compress help with some relief rather than heat! These ice caps are everything! They fit perfectly: not too tight where the compression could add more pain, but snug enough that it stays in place and I don’t have to readjust it, of reposition it with Velcro like the wraps. The gel ice pack wraps completely around your head (minus the whole on top, but that is much needed to pull your hair through) I even pull it down so that it covers the back of my neck and it covers the eyes as-well . The gel pack is so soft (I have a freezer full of ice packs and some of them freeze pretty hard, I have to wait for them to thaw a bit and become pliable) but these caps are soft right out of the freezer and are so much more comfortable when laying down. I use them at the first sign of a migraine and honestly, it’s a game changer for my pain level, it has even helped stop the migraine from happening quite a few times. When the pain is a too much , I put on the cap to help me fall asleep, pull it down to cover the eyes and you’ve got a cold, soft black out headache helmet!!!! It stays cold for about 15-20 minutes (depends on how much I’m overheating) I find they re-freeze in a short amount of time (an hour will cool it down again, a few hours to really freeze) I bought 2 and I always use them back to back, I am going to buy 2-4 more so I can cycle them faster and more effectively. I’m getting rid of the other ice packs/ ice wraps… I’ve stopped using them and they take up space for my future ice cap collection lol. If you suffer from migraines, or even regular headaches, then you understand how too much pressure on the temples,neck,eyes etc can break you. I find that these caps don’t apply too much pressure, they are made with a stretchy material, the gel is soft and is distributed throughout the entire cap so you don’t have to position it to find that targeted area. I find the cold gel really helps calm the throbbing, that feeling that my brain is swelling….it helps cool the tension in my neck….it freezes the stabbing pain behind my eyes, I’ll also pop it over my eyes when the light gets too be too much or my vision starts to blur and it really helps (I’m sure it’s also doing wonders for the bags under my eyes!). I uses these several times a week, I’ve had them for a while now and they have not lost any elasticity, they still fit like new, the gel packs have not leaked or torn. Just a great quality product. I’d give this product 10 stars if I could! I HIGHLY recommend you give this a try, and I hope it can help alleviate some of you pain.

Ça enveloppe bien et ça couvre bien toutes les zones. ça en prendrait plutôt 4 parce que ça maintient le froid que 15 à 20 minutes donc pour une migraine ce n'est pas suffisant d'en avoir 1 seul.

Je suis très satisfaite de ce produit et l'utilise plus que j'aurais pensé. À l'origine je l'ai acheter pour soulager des migraine occasionnel et en fin de compte je utiliser aussi beaucoup pour les nuit chaude l'été ou le bouffe de chaleur passagère. C'est ultra confortable!
