Works well
Easy to use - I boil for ten mins each day and make up a glass bottle of iron water with some lemon/lime juice.

Expensive but worth it and it will last a long time.
Seems to be doing the trick and boosting my husbands iron intake without the nasty side effects of some iron tablets. We did have to buy a stainless steel saucepan just for it and you need a bottle of lemon juice to release the iron as the fish has its daily ten minute boil. My husband doesn't like the taste so he has a dash of cordial in the resulting water.

IRON FISH
It is definitely easy to use. I mostly use it in soups and sauces to give more iron to it. You do have to remember to activate this by using acidic foods. If just adding to water you can add a little lemon/lime juice. It doesn't add any taste difference. I haven't noticed anything

Great iron supplement
So much cheaper than iron supplements for the kids. Doesn't impart any flavour in our food.

Not sure if rusty is safe
I am new to this but I have had this fish for a few days. And it is now rusty. I am not sure if that is meant to happen but I am not sure. I Googled it and I don't think it's safe to consume from rusty utensils. I am going to return it more than likely

Seems to be working well
I bought this fish 4 months ago due to low haem iron, I had initially been taking ferrous sulphate but this caused severe constipation. I boil it in water with a few drops of lemon juice and store the water in the fridge to be drank over a couple of days. I add it to orange squash as I find it there is a slight iron taste. Sometimes there is a slight yellow colour but this is either due to me forgetting to take it off the boil after 10 mins or not cleaning properly after use. I do feel better since using, I.E dizziness & tiredness have reduced. I would recommend to anyone that’s needs an iron boost, however if iron is very low I would say this probably isn’t enough on its own to increase iron levels but could be good to maintain them. I love how the company also provide these to others in need.

Hype
The unlucky fish makes me sick. The water tastes awful even when flavoured.
