Unlike Other Similar Products, This One Works Perfectly
First of all, it has the right profile: the perfect balance between the rim width and height. This insures the dumplings to be undamaged after you release the initial pressure. When using many other products we tried, the dumplings fall apart, so you have to manually seal each of them.Secondly, I like the size of dumplings, perfectly designed for a single bite.Thirdly, the mold is made of dishwasher safe plastic. Any other aluminium alloy molds are not stable in highly alkaline dish detergent.
