I am very happy with this diffuser
! It is powerful and perfect for covering large spaces. The scent spreads evenly and lasts a long time without needing constant refills. I really like that it doesn’t use water, so the aroma is pure and strong. The design is modern, easy to install, and it works quietly in the background. The app control is very convenient, and I can easily adjust the intensity depending on the time of day. It feels like walking into a luxury hotel every time I come home. Highly recommend for anyone who wants their home to smell fresh and elegant all the time

Great whole house scent
** UPDATE ** January 2025 The JCloud is still working well I have it set to 10s every 1 minute I order The Magic Scent "Baccara" 500ml it's $100 but it lasts roughly 10 months! - I get compliments every time someone visits saying my house smells amazing. It's a great scent and this diffuser does a great job! ----- Original Review April 2023 I'm not sure why people would buy something like this and NOT plug it into your HVAC. Attached is a pic of where I put it... Used a 5/16 drill bit (might need a smaller/pointier drill bit to start the hole) then just put some plumber putty around the hole and you're good! I used two 3m wire hanger nail mounts that slide right into the mounting holes on the back of the jcloud. - You can use normal essential oils. I mixed cedarwood, cypress, frankincense and vetiver (about an ounce each) just to test it out before I bought some aroma retail oils. - Make sure you get the tubing on the outflow side of your furnace, if you have it on the other side the filter will catch the fine mist and significantly reduce the scent. Same if you have the jcloud in an open area and it's too close to a return air vent (if the furnace/ac is on and you can't feel air coming out of the vent, it's a return air vent). - The default is 10 seconds of diffusion every 2 minutes. This works pretty well for my needs, I have a 1200sq ft home. I played with the timing and did 30s every 1.5 minutes. It's all really personal preference on how strong you want it to be. After a couple days of 30s 1.5m I switched it back to the default and I like the balance. - Fayze Reviews does a good review of this on YooToob if you're looking for more information. - If you are sick of filling little 1/2 cup water based diffusers multiple times a day, and don't want to burn your house down with candles, or sick of clogging plugs with plugins or the weak smell of wax cubes... GET THIS. - After making my own little mix I ordered a 4oz bottle of Aroma Retail's Cedar Seduction. It was kind of expensive at $40 so we'll see how long it lasts. Hopefully over a month lol. But it does smell amazing! - If you're on the fence, GET THIS

Was DOA. I fixed it. It lasted two months and then died again.
This device initially arrived defective and would not work. I contacted customer service. They were a little to no help. And then took apart the machine to see if I could fix it and there was a tube that had come off. I fixed it and it worked for a few months. After a few months, it quit producing the vapor. I could not figure out what was wrong. I contacted customer service again and they would send me parts that were used. I know they were used because they smelled like another scent. The unit is not worth what you pay for it. It’s basically a cheap aquarium pump that will give out after a few months. Not to mention to get the parts took me almost 2 months. J cloud should’ve just sent me a new unit instead of trying to fix this especially knowing how cheaply made they are.

Get it. This thing is great.
This product is actually the “Pro300” diffuser made by a Chinese company called “Crearoma Tech Limited.” They seem to specialize in designing and manufacturing nebulizing diffusers exclusively. A lot of companies will sell these diffusers under a different name (as is the case here) because Crearoma doesn't put their name anywhere on the device, in the packaging, or even in the app. It looks like they really only concern themselves with design and manufacturing, and they leave the marketing and distribution to others. Which is fine! …but it also means there are many places to buy this device online for less than what you might pay here. After a few days with it, I have to say this diffuser is kind of awesome. The instruction sheet that comes with it is definitely not awesome. So here's what I've learned. There are three ways to control this diffuser: - From the front panel - From the mobile app - From a website The front panel controls are fairly straightforward, but it's far easier to program this device via the app or website. Note: You don't ever need to connect this device to your network if you don't want to. It can be controlled entirely from the front panel buttons. The app is called “Aroma-Link”. There's another app from the same company called “Smart-aroma” but that's not the right one to use. Once you've created your account within the Aroma-Link app, you can visit “aroma dash link dot com” and log in there. (Amazon doesn't allow external links) That page will let you program and control the diffuser remotely from a browser. Setting the schedule within the app is tricky. You first need to tap the “Set” button, then tap to enable each of the days of the week that you want to set, then tap the pencil icon to edit one of the 5 available programs and toggle each one on or off. Finally you have to tap “Save” and your machine is programmed. The default diffusion time is to run for 10 seconds, then pause for 110. In my home, this was just too aggressive and caused the scent to be entirely too strong. I pared it down to run 5 seconds, then pause for 180 and that seems to be a happy balance. This has the added benefit of using far less fragrance oil. There is a button marked “Fan” in the app to toggle a booster fan that only runs when the diffuser is running. I think its purpose is to disperse fragrance a little more forcefully into the room, but I haven't been able to notice a difference. In fact having the fan on makes the device just a little bit louder. For best performance, you may need to upgrade the firmware. To do this, visit the Aroma-Link website, click the “Device List” on the left navbar, then click the teal pencil icon next to your device. Scroll down to “Firmware Version” and select the latest version from the dropdown list. My device arrived with version 1.0, and as of this writing the latest is 1.2. What this device does not do is measure and report the amount of fragrance remaining in the bottle. I've been scenting my house at 5/180 for a week and have pulled the bottle out periodically to check how much liquid is left, and honestly it looks like it's at the exact same level as when I first filled it up. Hold down the Back and > buttons to factory reset the device. This will set the PIN to 1234. Tap the ^ and > buttons simultaneously to manually set the time. (If you use the app, the time will be set automatically.) Hold down the Back button to toggle the fan on or off. Hold down the Enter button to turn the device on or off. If the machine beeps 5 times for seemingly no reason at all, that means it has lost its wifi connection OR it still has a wifi connection but the main server in China went down. This happens a lot- a few times a month. It will beep one time when it reconnects or the server becomes available again. To avoid these beeps you can just use Bluetooth and never connect it to your WiFi. There doesn't seem to be a public API for this diffuser, meaning it can't (yet) be used with Home Assistant. Maybe some day! So far, so good, one week in. Hopefully this device will last a few years.

One Minor Issue And One Minor Flaw To Be Aware Of
In all honesty, I have been through countless types of essential oil diffusers and must admit that this one finally meets my expectations. I have much to say about this that is good but lets get two little details out of the way first. 1. Despite advertisements saying this does not need to be cleaned (due to no need to add water), it does actually need to be cleaned. After a while it will appear to stop venting from the nozzle. But this is an easy fix. It is because the stem that goes down into the bottle of oil get a small clog once in a while. Just pull the stem off, run a wire through it to clean it and replace the stem. Done. And this will happen on average of only about once a month. 2. The instructions are so very small and vague that it took forever before I realized that there is an app you can install on your phone that makes programming and operating this device waaaaay simpler than using the onboard buttons. In fact, the buttons on the device itself are more of a headache to use than the the device is even worth. Use the app. With this said, I have been through so many types of essential oil devices that I can not even count them all. None of them give you the ability to operate the device's functions in a way that this one does. Despite the fact that so many others do give you the ability to set times and/or days that the device functions, this one goes far beyond just doing this. You can also set how long each spray lasts and how long it pauses between each spray (down to the seconds). You not only can set this per individual days of the week but you can also provide different setting that you can switch to at the click of a button. For Example: You can have one setting where it sprays for 2 minutes and pauses for 2 minutes (or whatever you want) on weekdays; And also have an alternate setting where it sprays for 1 minute and pauses for 5 minutes (or whatever you want). This allows you to switch the settings to reduce usage when you are away unexpectedly. All other brands and types that I have used will need extensive cleaning often or it just doesn't provide a good result (doesn't fill the room with the sent unless you are in a small room). I have a 3 bedroom home and this device does just great by itself. Well worth the money.

Good scent distribution
Got this today and set it up easily, quickly. After leaving the house, and coming home, it smelled great. I had it on factory timer of on 10 seconds and off 120 seconds. I adjusted mine to on 10 sec and off 90 seconds and can tell a difference. I am using a Hotel Collection scent that I love and the 10/90 seems like a winning combo for my space downstairs of approx 900-1000 sqft. I read that people think its noisy. You can hear it so if its meant for a quiet space while sleeping...it might now work unless its appealing white noise. Its not an unpleasant sound in my opinion. I took it out of the box, put the key in the hole at the top, turned the key, opened the container and filled the bottle with my scent, plugged it in and it started up by itself. I downloaded the app and thats where you can also turn it on/off and set timers for a schedule. Ive had it 1 day and love it. The white one looks appealing and not too large. I have a Hotel Collection diffuser which worked great but the rubber seal broke so works less great, an Aroma 360 diffuser which doesn't seem to work well at all, plus a little cheap scent diffuser I got on Amazon for about $30 that didn't work so I returned it. I heard about it from Bearded Reviews on YouTube and then watched Fayze Reviews which were both helpful. I love it so far!

Have your own luxury home spa!
We’ve always loved that subtle scent when you walk into a professional office. Scent is powerful! That’s why realtors suggest a light scent when selling your home. So I took their advice when it came time to sell my home and purchased the JCloud machine. I opted to wall mount it initially so that I could easily adjust the fragrance level. The app was difficult to follow but after watching a couple of YOUTUBE videos, I figured it out. The app has several schedules where you can customize operating times and seconds of scent spray & pause time between cycles. In no time the oils were covering about 1200 sq ft. Then I saw how easy it was to attach it to my HVAC system. Game changer. During home showings everytime the AC came home there was that gorgeous White Tea and Fig fragrance. My home sold very quickly! The buyer actually said, “From the moment that we walked in the front door we felt like we were home. It even smelled good!” Fast forward. In my new home now with another JCloud machine. Last week while cleaning it, I had an issue with the diffuser nozzle assembly. I reached out to JCloud. They asked for a couple of pictures of the problem. I emailed them and they responded by saying that they would not be able to replace the broken part so would just send a replacement unit. There was some confusion due to language barriers but sure enough the replacement unit arrived two days later! I ordered a couple of additional fragrance oil bottles @ $7.99 each so that I can change fragrances easily. It is economical also! Watch Amazon for sells on your personal favorite fragrance oils. The machine produces a vapor so the scent really carries throughout the air using very little oil. The oils which are pricey last for months! 👍

Ok for one room
Decent product but not worth $150. My house is less than 1000sq ft and running through the hvac system was not only wasting oil but also has no way to synchronize with hvac. Better hope the schedule you select lines up with your fan running otherwise you just have nice smelling ducts. Not powerful enough for a whole house. Does well in single rooms though. The app is terrible but functional. Not much care put into design. Difficult to set at times. Oil is not cheap. Ran through the whole 300ml bottle and most of it didn’t make it into the house. At $90 a bottle from Aroma Retail you waste a ton.
