Hi, we would highly recommend consulting your pediatrician first about using this for a child. The nozzle is about 7.1cm in length and has an outside diameter of 7.5mm.

When you empty the bottle of what's left, all you have to do is turn it upside down and squeeze the bulb. Keep in mind this bulb WILL receive mold no matter how empty it is and the mold starts to appear within a month depending on how much or often you use it. I do not recommend this product.
