My dog loves this ball. She loves the sound it makes, and gets excited to play when she sees it. The ball is kinda firm and hard, so I have to be careful not to throw it against the fence or side of the house. It does get soft and kinda melty if left outside in the heat. Which makes it pliable and easy to deform and break. She finds it kinda hard to pick up, the little divots help, but she ends up puncturing little holes in the ball (she is a medium sized dog, so a larger dog may have no problem picking it up). The little tubes that make the sound sometimes pop out of place (especially if the ball becomes pliable from heat), or stop working altogether. I’ve rebought multiple replacements of this ball because she loves it so much. So it’s not the most durable ball, but it’s worth repurchasing because of how much she loves it.

If you have a high energy dog, this toy is a must have! Our girls (doberman and boxer mix) both love this ball. They love the noise of it, chase after it, and every morning we play soccer with it. It's been slammed against walls, bounced off floors, and very sturdy quality! The Doberman is a chewer and attempts to chew but cannot get a good grip on it to chew.Just a reminder that it does glow in the dark. I have forgot a time or two and seeing a glowing orb in the middle of the floor in the middle of the night with sleepy eyes... gives you a little mini fright. I love that it glows though because it does add some fun for the girls to play with it in the dark and can chase it through the yard.Its cute, sturdy, fun and the noise itself just gets our girls excited!And, it works for kids! We have several kids that stop by and they love to play with this ball too. I think its because of the noise but it keeps them and the dogs busy for the visit and they are both tired when the kid leaves.

Whether we’re playing indoors during a rainy day or outside in the yard, this ball keeps her active and entertained.Great for All Sizes: Even though my dog is on the larger side, this ball is a great fit for dogs of all sizes. Smaller breeds would also have no trouble handling it.Cons:Durability Issues for Strong Chewers: Unfortunately, this ball isn’t the most durable for a strong chewer like my German Shepherd. After just a couple of days of play, she managed to split one of them in two. The media could not be loaded. Good for small/medium dogs. Not so much for stronger large breeeds. I've bought 8 on my husband's account and I think this is my 5th one through my Amazon account. My dog absolutely adores them. They last her about 6-8weeks of daily play. There is no other toys she likes as much. She will play with it for hours a day. The last one only lasted 2 days before it was cracked broken an all that was left was a shell.(it's the glow in the dark pictured). That really put me off buying another but my dog loves them so much, she will play with them till there's nothing left so I gave in and bought the new version. Its a bouncy version rather than plastic. After about 2 hours of play, it had split open at the seem. I would pay twice as much for a heavy duty version. My dog loves them and I would continue to buy them monthly but daily is a deal breaker. *Update ive come to the realization that my dog has only gotten stronger the older and bigger she gets. I dont think it was the quality of the toy decreasing as much at it was that she is a full grown German shepherd with a large string jaw
