My old one was on the blink, so for just under a tenner , i sent off for this charger,& its works like dream. Very pleased with my purchase,& the next day delivery from Amazon.

I bought this CHARGEWAY Samsung 25W fast charger as a spare to keep in another room, mainly to avoid constantly unplugging my main charger. After a few weeks of use, it’s proven to be a very practical addition. Charging speeds are consistent and genuinely fast when paired with a compatible Samsung device. It kicks into fast charging mode straight away and powers up my phone noticeably quicker than standard plugs. I’ve mainly used it for topping up during the day, and it’s been completely reliable so far. The build quality feels solid for a third-party charger. The plug fits snugly into the socket, and the USB-C connection is secure without feeling loose. It doesn’t overheat during use, which was something I was paying attention to. It’s also convenient having the extra cable included, especially since this was meant to stay permanently in another room. From the time I order it until it arrive was no time at all. It does what it says on the package, very impressed.

Overall a terrible charger. Firstly the charge time is incredibly slow, taking 1 h 30m to charge from 20% to 85%, a full charge likely verges on 2+ hours. It also only charges when both the plug end, and phone end of the cable are inserted the correct way, even though USB-C is supposed to charge in any orientation, meaning welcome back to putting your charger in the wrong way round like its 2015 again and having to faff with it before you can charge the phone. The charger itself is also way bulkier than a normal USB-C charger, its maybe twice the thickness, which makes using / holding your phone while charging uncomfortable. On top of that the build quality is bad, I've had it 2 days and the cable is already showing signs of tearing away from the charger at the end and will likely completely break in a few months time, this seems to be because the cable came coiled and is too stiff to completey uncoil yet, putting unnecessary pressure on the connecting section of the charger, and essentially shortening the wire. In short, it's just a overall bad charger. You would be better off spending a bit more money for a proper one
