How do I order a replacement sieve filter for the machine?

On that issue, sadly, I do not have any sort of straight answer since I have been really careful about the sieve on mine when cleaning it. I only use a soft bristle toothbrush on the screen part & a brass metal tooth brush for the metal frame part. Aside from that, having foreseen such a possible issue occurring, I also protected my investment in my health with a full warranty to cover the replacement of parts or the entire unit if need be.HOWEVER...! Aside from all that, there always has to be a way to resolve issues such as part replacement. God forbid but after spending so much money on a unit which has really aided in my dietary change to a vegan lifestyle, hypothetically, I would be contacting the company directly to inquire about such replacement parts. I just hope that I never have to because this unit is one of the best for the price even if it turns out that it is hard to acquire replacement parts.

I'm not Korean, and the booklet is not in English.   How can i make a soy milk, and tofu with this machine.  Please help!

That is impossible! I am an american living on a farm in Tennessee & I had gone through all the due diligence of researching this machine. If you take note of the selling details when you choose to buy it as a brand-new unit, the selling details do point out that the manufacturer is willing to convert the unit to american power standards which was a major selling point for me. That fact now being clarified, I will point out that the instructions came in the package with English translations as well as Korean. Even then, it is a really simple system. One, never exceed the one scoop measure of soy beans per batch. The exact measuring unit is provided among the items included in the box & that is the item that you fill up only once. Once you have a scoop of the soybeans, you use the strainer also provided among the items in the package to rinse the beans thoroughly. Buying non-GMO as I do, even if they weren't previously sprayed with that nasty "Roundup" pest control, they still get sprayed with some sort of pest control chemical which means that the scoop you now have in your hands, must be thoroughly washed in the provided strainer. Keep up the rinsing as you will note that after the first few seconds, a sort of soapy like residue will bubble up out of the beans. You have to keep rinsing until that bubbly foam goes away & you also have to double check for any possible stones as you are placing the beans inside the grinding basket. Mind you, I prefer cinnamon/vanilla combo flavored soy milk. So, I add vanilla right into the water in the metal mixing bin & use a half tablespoon of cinnamon poured into the grinding basket. The large measuring cup has three marks on it & I prefer my soy rich so I do not exceed 1300 CC's . The grinding basket is the sieve like item that looks like it has its own legs which it does. It is simply screwed into place at the underside of the unit over the chopping blade. (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OVER TIGHTEN THE BASKET!!! It will mess up the crude design of the simple threading of the metal on the unit or the basket!!!) Then you place the entire motor unit into the bucket with the spigot lip on the bucket & the motor lined up so when you pull up the bucket handle to snap it into place, there won't be any difficulty in doing so. MAKE ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN to lift the handle first to snap it into place BEFORE plugging the cord into the unit & the outlet. Basically, its fairly simple to operate & finally, for soy-milk, press the center button to start up the machine. It doesn't take long though the machine is a little noisy but when it is done, it will repeatedly beep for about twenty minutes & most important of all, for best results, try to avoid any interruptions of the process while the machine is in operation. Furthermore, the blades are EXTREMELY sharp so take great care when handling them during the cleaning process. Additionally, there will be sediment from the soybeans. Most people prefer to have a sediment free soy milk but the straining process tends to be long & tedious with the use of the provided reusable/hand washable cheese cloth. The yield is also considerably less than just getting use to drinking the soy-milk without straining & basically, it seems as such a waste to strain out the ground particles than to simply shake up the container that you use to stir up the sediment so you can get the full use of the soybeans as your protein source. Basically, it really doesn't taste bad at all & adding your preferred amount of "sugar in the raw" to suit your taste, is also a plus. The liquid should be poured straightaway into the container AFTER you add sugar to the container since hot liquid tends to dissolve raw sugar more easily than cold. Using a container that can hold up to the heat of the liquid can also help. I prefer a large glass bottle. I have a collection of the old classic glass milk jugs but mine have the screw cap lids so I can recap the bottle to put it back in the fridge. Lastly, as I said, the instructions do come in English contrary to what you said unless you do not live in the USA in which case, the previous series of instructions should be helpful & I can even scan my copy of the instructions to e-mail them to you if you wish. Mind you, I haven't grown confident enough as of yet to take on the task of making tofu but when I do, I will share my experiences with you. If you want to speak to me directly, you can E-mail me >sharrissaerinrolfe@yahoo.com There is also a sort of mindset that you need to have when using this unit & that is that you always have to be at least two steps ahead of your demand for soy-milk which means making enough to last a few days, meaning  that you have to clean & reset the unit to do it all over again until you have enough {about a gallon-plus last me about three to four days) because it does take time for the liquid to cool & believe me that it is preferable (at least it is to me ) to drink the stuff ice cold. It is also commonly said on many vegan websites that soy milk is more beneficial cold or tofu cold or tofu cold & pickled. The debate seems endless but the more common belief is to drink the milk cold than hot.Well, I hope this helps & if you need further help, use the E-mail that I have provided to ask for help.
