After having knee injury, I was looking knee brace. Finally, this product is the answer. Yes, I use it on my knee because it gives me the freedom to adjust, others were very tight, they didn't fit. Very good quality, easy to wear. You can have compression on where ever you need it, as tight or as loose as you need. It stays put, does not slip down either. It helps with pain, over all it is perfect for my knee with 10 hour shifts.

Bought for my 13 yr old daughter for basketball. Fits well. Fair warning, the wrap does not breathe well even with pre-wrap under this wrap. My daughter‘s leg is dripping with sweat after a practice or a game. I still would recommend this wrap as it stays on well and provides support for a quad strain.

Good product. I've pulled my hamstrings before and are using these now that they are healed. The wraps provide the needed extra support. I've worn them both jogging and playing soccer. They did not slide down while jogging but did slide down a little while playing soccer. But that's the nature of a wrap like this. The more exertive the exercise the better the chance for movement. The material on the under side of the wrap does help reduce the movement. I would buy this again and think it's a good wrap.

This was a life (leg) saver after I severely strained my hamstring (thought I tore it!!). I could barely walk, never mind long distances. The compression was perfect. It gave me excellent stability, and helped my heal FAR quicker than I was expecting. This was one of the best things I've ever bought on Amazon because it worked so well and is easy to use. Runs a little small but it works great!

I'm a doubles tennis player and I was using the brace for a proximal hamstring injury. This brace worked great the first time I wore it with the exception of no breathability. When I took the brace off it was wet with sweat. The interior is a rubbery material. Also, I'm playing indoor tennis in the winter, so I'm not sweating much. Day 2 of wearing, the brace is slipping/ moving a little and pooling sweat. Day 3, a lot of slipping and sweat pooling. When I took the brace/ sleeve off, I have red irritated skin.

These are GREAT! My advice - order 2. They fit anywhere (arms, legs, etc.) and help the muscles stay warm. I've tried so many quad sleeves and they never fit right. These fit great because of the velcro option. Highly recommend!
