We needed this quickly because we're moving out. Every other supplier was 1 to 2 weeks. I paid an extra fiver and it was here next day. It was said to be used because box was bashed up a bit but absolutely brand new. Really fantastic. Looks lovely and compared to other prices about as cheap as you can gets. Thank you.

Me ha gustado mucho el sistema de anclaje. Mas fácil y mas fuerte. La tapa es Roca de calidad, mejor que la que tenia de serie. Recomiendo.

I read the specs and saw the soft close video on the product listing and thought winner.Turns out the video isn’t for this item though and it’s not soft close, so I’m stuck with a toilet seat that slams closed whenever someone forgets to lower it carefully.I’m surprised these are even sold in 2023 and the price is far too high for a substandard product.
