Great machine, especially for beginners! It’s very easy to set up and use, and I was able to start stitching right away without feeling overwhelmed. The customer service is outstanding—they are quick to respond and super helpful, walking you through anything step by step. Highly recommend if you’re new to embroidery and want something user-friendly with great support behind it.

I have zero embroidery experience or skill, but was able to embroider something right out of the box. I’m so impressed by the machines ease of use and also large hoop size. Other machines with hoops this big were much pricier and as a beginner, I wasn’t prepared to make a big investment yet. The Poolin eoc-005 has definitely won me over though. I especially loved all the accessories that came with the machine and the printed setup instructions. And the customer service is exceptional. I’ve actually never had customer service this good after buying a product. I tagged Poolin on my first embroidery project and they immediately reached out and offered a call with their engineer. I’ve never had a company proactively reach out to me! And today, when I had some difficulty with my next project, they immediately responded with helpful videos and asked how to help. If you’re new to embroidery, I can’t think of a better machine to start with. And if you’re more experienced, it seems like there are so many possibilities with easy design downloads and preloaded patterns. I can’t recommend this machine enough!

Was a bit of a set up but once all that is done it’s user friendly and good for beginners and has more advanced features if you want to go that route as well. Also the customer service is fast and timely if you have any questions or just need help!!

I am not new to this. I’ve had my machine for now about a year. It is so frustrating because every single time I use it. I feel like I’m constantly having to fix things rethread it. The needle won’t catch, etc. I feel like I’m always having to go back and fix little things about it and I rarely make something perfectly. It is so frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this machine.

The Poolin EOC05 is my very first embroidery machine, and I couldn’t be happier with how user-friendly it is. As a beginner, I was a bit intimidated at first, but the setup was simple and the interface is easy to navigate. In the beginning, I did experience some bird nesting, but I quickly realized it was due to using the wrong stabilizer for my fabric. Once I switched to the correct stabilizer, the stitching became clean and consistent with no more issues! Overall, this machine is a fantastic choice for beginners. It's reliable, forgiving, and does a great job once you understand the basics. I’m excited to keep learning and creating with it!

Love it Amazing and easy to put together and use... me and my wife doing small projects with it in one day. It's just that easy. Great investment for home use. I highly recommend this to anyone who like embroidery

La bordadora viene con todo lo que hay en la imagen, pero les recomiendo comprar agujas, estabilizadores e hilos aparte, para hacer mas diseños, la verdad es que muy sencillo de ocupar, hay una guia de videos en youtube que te ayudan mucho y sus contactos en facebook oficial te guian a tener un mejor resultado, esto una curva de aprendizaje y no se desesperen por que no les sale bien a la primera, algo bueno que tiene es que puedes hacer diseños un poco complejos como de anime y quedan bastante bien, pero si tienes que tomar en cuenta que el diseño sea del tamaño del bastidor para que le permita bordar, de lo contrario puedes reducir o agrandaf el diseños pero no lo recomiendo por que podria bordar desfasado, pero si tiene el tamaño ideal para los diseños como muestro en fotos, la recomiendo comprar si apenas vas empezando y quieres algo para emprender.

The machine can be used right out of the box, no additional purchases needed. It comes with all the tools and material required to start your embroidery journey. The instruction manual is one of the easiest to read and the setup took just 30 minutes if you have an idea how embroidery machines work. The cherry on the cake is Poolin's customer service. I scanned a QR code that was on the machine, which connected me directly to their whatsapp support chat which is available 24x7. Kane from the help centre helped me with all my queries and also shared some helpful videos. They also sent me some free designs, other than the ones already preinstalled in the machine. If you are a beginner starting your embroidery journey, this is the product for you.

This took a week to arrive in Newfoundland canada, most of my packages never arrived that fast ever. I was excited to get the lower discounted price on the Poolin and 05, I began watching videos looking at reviews and once I purchased I was able to join the Facebook group. Immediately upon joining Kevin reached out and made sure that everything was okay with my purchase. I noted that it hadn't arrived yet and he has now checked in again with Me 2 weeks later making sure that all was okay. He also sent me my free embroidery design package through email and gave me the links for institch. Within the Facebook group there are plenty of people asking questions all of the time a place where you will always find an answer to your issues and if not Kevin and his team will work hard to make sure that your needs are met. I had some slight threading stuck stitches in the hole where the needle goes through after doing some floating with the Tearaway stabilizer that came with the machine. It's important to know what stabilizer you should be using and once I used to stabilizers and made sure my item was securely fastened there were no more issues. I have been since embroidering on Cotton with the Tearaway fabric and I've had no issues since. The machine is very user friendly, it is threaded much like my brother sewing machine, and I think even somebody who does not own a sewing machine could easily thread this one. My self-threading barb was slightly off line and with help from the knowledge of Kevin I was able to gently place it back in line and it works flawlessly. Don't forget to go watch all those wonderful YouTube videos that are out there of unboxing and testing of the unit, it was very helpful for me. Image on video is of the very first time I put it together and push start using just the generals fonts that came with the machine on a scrap piece of fabric. I was so surprised it was so easy to use.
