Perfect fit for my unique needs
Bought it to help at work. I work at a cafe alcove in a larger establishment. Some slow days, I'll get like one customer an hour and there's only so many tasks I can do without "going to the back" for brief organizing and restocking. I wanted some sort of alarm system I could keep on me with a wireless sensor that I could hide to let me know when someone enters the area. There are way too many sound options for me, as only one is a brief enough chime that isn't long and obnoxious, but I do appreciate the volume options and the vibrate option—althougj I can't feel it vibrate when in my pocket so I have to be aware of that. Ive used it for like 5 hours at a time, 3 times a week for the past 3 months and I haven't had to change the batteries or charged it once. It's never failed to alert me to a customer. The range really shocked me— I forgot to turn it off while walking to the other side of the building and it still went off and alerted me when it detected motion.

Great for home security, fine outdoors, can be loud or two patterns of vibrate. Good sensitivity.
I wanted notification if someone is on my property, I've gone one sensor under my porch pointed toward the front yard, the other in the backyard under the carport. I love how this system uses different lights for each sensor, which makes it easy to tell where the detection has happened. I also really appreciate the two different vibration modes - one is short and the other mode is long - ideal for a hard of hearing person or someone who doesn't want doorbell chimes going off. I've used many other motion sensors and this is my favorite - it's good enough to detect people 98% of the time at 10+ feet, but not constantly being triggered by branches blowing in the wind or bugs. I haven't figured out how to hook up multiple sensors to it yet, but this is a great value, probably the best portable battery powered system on the market that I've seen.

loud enough
the sensor/receiver are great.I've placed sensor in back kitchen door and the hallway entrance. it alerts whenever there is movement in those areas.you need 3aaa batteries for the sensor and 2 aa batteries for the receiver. I don't know how long these will last.it comes with wall mount and sticky tape for the sensor.I gave it a 4 stars because I think it would be greater if each sensor would have its own chime. that way you know which area has activity.

Great to keep thieving kids out of drawers, and more!
Do you have teenage daughters that won't stay out of your makeup drawer? Teenage sons that raid the pantry in the middle of the night and mow down four party sized bags of chips? Tired of removing and hiding all your prescriptions because of that one super special family member that comes over for the holidays? This is it, this The Answer. While these are only a few examples of useful applications, I'm pretty sure there's infinite possibilities. After years of spending hours removing/hiding/putting back personal items that I've grown tired of walking off when certain company comes over - these cheap little censors are changing my life, honestly. They're sensitive, work great for drawers/cabinets being opened, and have convenient on/off buttons. Not sure on the battery life yet (considering how many they take, you're going to need alllll the batteries, but they can also be converted to plug if needed.Reciever has great range, with numerous options for alerts, from simple chimes to sirens. My favorite is the dog barking, there's just something quirky about using that sound to keep teenage girls out of your expensive face creams. There's even a melodic version of "Jingle Bells" for a more covert alarm sound during the holidays; assuming that you haven't become completely hardened to the obnoxious sound of Christmas music, setting it to "Jingle Bells" is a great way to let YOU know that your deadbeat sibling is attempting to help themselves to your RXs, without alerting the rest of your guests to the potential felony playing out in the master bathroom.I'm pretty sure these things could be finagled to work as a deterrent for cats to stay out of cabinets and closets they have no business wreaking havoc on.

Works better than expected
Very happy with my purchase. I use it on my large doggy door downstairs for security, and to let me know when my dog come in so I can carry him up the stairs. (He's a boxer going on 14 years so old age has caught up to him). Battery is still going strong after a couple months of multiple rings per day. Lots of diffrent alarm sounds to choose from and the volume increases really loud if needed (I have it sent all the way down) also has flashing light which I don't need but I'm sure it could make a diffrence for some people. I 100% for sure would buy again. Exactly what I needed, and more!

Cheap. Easy. Does its job.
The media could not be loaded. Pros:separate quadrantsCheapEasy setupVolume optionVibrationEasily tweakedPower cable or battery optionGood lights on everythingCons:Loud AFVibration doesn't want to stop, or goes too long.Cheap material, especially on the receiver, buttons are shoddy and USB port is very easily dislodges. Like mouse fart easy.MicroUSB.Unable to control the sensors cone. Not waterproof on this version. The 'i see you' trigger light on the sensor lights the whole thing up, and I side at night I find that ugly. With some modifications it will do what I want. Snip the speaker wire, so only the lights word, electrical tape the cable into it, and I'm going to try to remove the light from the sensor. So at least I can tweak it to my use case. That being my bedroom/office I can know when someone is at the front door, and the kids can't sneak up to scare the hell out of me.
