Q: Does it give you the runs or help you go normally ?

I think it did give me the urgency to go initially. After a day or two, I got past that -and the bitter taste. It gave me energy and helped me lose weight.

Q: How soon does it work ?

It normally starts to work about the second day. On another note: I noticed that they changed the taste of this product and it is now somewhat bitter but it still works effectively.

Q: can you eat other food while on the cleanse?

I didn't finish the cleanse past the first tube
