I hate using the touchpad on my laptop. I started using a mini usb mouse a couple of years ago and love them, especially if they have a retractable cable and even more if they come in colors other than black and/or gray. When my last one stopped working, I went to my local place, and they were out. All they had that was close to my budget of "as cheap as possible" was a pink flowery regular sized wireless mouse at $12. I ended up buying that one because I really hate the touchpad more than I hate a regular-sized wireless mouse. After two days of using it, I gave up and went on Amazon. There were other minis that cost about the same as this one, but this one had the retractable cable and a cute color (pink). I have not been careful with this mouse. I've dropped it a few times onto a hard floor, and I've left it dangling on the side of the table more than a few times when not in use. I've also been known to carry the laptop around with the mouse dangling. Just a side note, I don't take the laptop & mouse out of the house, but it is used daily, mostly by me and my husband and occasionally the teenager. I'm sure they're not careful with the mouse since it doesn't belong to them. Even so, it still works GREAT. When I first got it, I plugged it in and within seconds it was ready to go. I love it because it's compact but still easy to use; retracts so that there are no cables dangling all over the place when not in use and I don't lose it like I lose wireless ones; and because it's pink (same color as in the picture). It also didn't hurt that it was $6.68 and had Prime. I have regular-sized girl hands and fingers and the mouse is comfortable for me to use. These wired minis usually last me several months, not quite a year. I will update when it stops working.

Love it. Purchased for my new laptop because I hate using the touchpad. I like that the mouse is connected - I always seem to have issues with the bluetooth enabled mouse - either it "goes to sleep" and I have to wake it up, or it drops connection. Much prefer the corded ones. This one I can adjust the length of the cord - very handy. It's comfortable but small enough to fit in my laptop case and not be bulky. Scrolling speed is normal - no lag.

I got this to go in my laptop bag. I used to have a similar tiny mouse years ago, but it has since gone to where tech devices go to pass away peacefully. Anyway, used this during my vacation and it worked great. Love that it doesn't need batteries. The retractable cord pulls out to be plenty long enough for me to work without noticing any limitations of length. The color is bright and easy to recognize in a bag. Plugged it into my laptop and it started working. I wanted it to be able to do some photo editing while on the go.

Very small. We like the mouse for our 6yr old. It was the right price and size for Chromebook for school. Can’t be lost easily like her last one. The cord no longer retracts but still works fine. (She 6 she played with the cord) The cord lasted about a month for retracting which is good for kid. I would call this mouse a mini mini mouse. It is smaller than my mini mouse I use. It is about 1/3 the size of a standard mouse. She does all her school work with it and a small amount of game playing. (Prodigy, Lexia, other learning games) We like the right and left click which you can’t always get with a mini or at all with computer pad. It scrolls well. My adult woman’s hand can use it to help her but I would not as an adult want to use it daily like she does. It would be good for light use and would travel well. Only took away star for adult comfort and cord retraction didn’t last as long as I hoped. Would buy again at this price for her again.

When my 4 year-old started playing ABC Mouse on the tablet, our mouse was too big for her hands. And forget a touchpad. This mouse is the perfect size for her to manipulate with ease.

We ordered these in Feb. 2023. Initially, this retractable corded mini mouse worked great. Until it stopped working even while being plugged in and the red laser was on. Since this was a pack of two, we got the other one (new) and plugged it in, but the computer said that it cannot recognize the device. This was very disappointing. Of course, I waited over 2 months to contact the seller with those problems, and now, as of this week, the "support window is closed. I will not be reordering these mini mice.

I sometimes struggle to use the touch pad as a mouse. And sometimes with my ASUS (11"), I end up touching the top right key that turns the touch pad into a number key pad. Anyway, I wanted the smallest mouse I could find (to take up only a little room in my bag) that I could place on book on the train seat so I could use a mouse instead of the touch pad. I've used this for a few days on my train commute and it's perfect. I drop it in the front pocket of my backpack and don't even notice it's there. I got the purple and it looks just like the color in the picture. Not related to the quality of this product, but I think the name of this company is cool, which probably influenced me buying this, which I'm glad I did.

Great for my tiny hands. I needed a mouse that was functional for everyday professional use, could take a beating in my laptop bag during travel and still be comfortable after 8+ hours of use. The shape prevents the hand cramps and carpal tunnel pain that always comes from using larger or less curved options. This will be the second time ordering. The first one has lasted nearly 4 years. Its still works but has become a little "sticky" in its click-response. Considering the use and abuse it's endured, I'm more than pleased it has lasted this long and this well. Oh - and its Pink.... So of course its super cute!

The Verbatim USB coded mini travel optical wired mouse is compact with nice design. Great product and highly recommend for use.
