Nice tap, love its shover function, perfect for washing salad, vegetable or dishes. Easy to install. I have this tap for more than one year and handle got broken. I contacted Appaso support by email, sent them invoice and picture of broken part and about 10days later I reviewed replacement part. (part has been sent from China warehouse) Picture shows broken and new handle together.

Used every day since installing in April. Attractive matt black appearance, useful spray function feature with moveable hose, making it ideal for use in our utility room. Easybto change from hot to cold, and matches decor in our utility room. Excellent price. Would purchase again.

We've bought a few taps for our kitchen sink, but this one is the best value for money. It's a lovely matte black with two flow functions. One is a shower and the other is more powerful. The head is easy to detach and has a good reach. The faucet moves from side to side and fills up a big spaghetti pot really quickly. I've attached a video and some pictures of the tap so you can have a look at it. My husband said it's the best tap he's ever fitted and the easiest. It also has brass under fittings instead of cheap plastic. It comes with another water insert, as you can see in the picture, and a little blue key to make changing it easy. You won't regret buying this tap. It looks great too.

It is awful in one month the handle was broken unfortunately l couldn't claim cos l need a plumber again so l use super glue but few months later completely broken l will order different one now

We had a new kitchen fitted and purchased this mixer tap as part of the renovation. The item is of excellent quality and is very sturdy. It is very easy to use and it can easily be switched between the two water flow functions. It fits a standard kitchen sink. The item is very good value for money.

Looks beautiful. Love the waterfall effect. In fact loved everything about it, apart from it doesn't work on a LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM. Cold water great but the tiniest trickle for hot. So I was so upset. So be warned read all the way to the last words which is where they inform you. I feel it's quiet important information that should be a decider as to weather it will work on your system or not

Rubinetto carino e facile da montare. All'interno della confezione non è compresa la "chiave" per smontare l'aeratore. Un difetto che non è di questo rubinetto ma di tutti quelli che hanno l'uscita dell'acqua molto in alto è che cadendo da più in alto schizza un po' troppo tutto intorno. Però c'è il vantaggio che sotto ci sta molta più roba.
