Q: Should the hard cover have a seperate carrying handle? There seems to be a clip for it but nothing there

It seems to balance on the machine, the carry hold is under the cotton holder. I have used it to carry and it seems safe enough

Q: Anyone else having problems with this machine. I have had it less than a month, and it is already showing an error message "C4".

I've not had any computer problems. A quick Google and it says that you might have a tangle in the bobbin case. Try with a newly threaded bobbin and give the area a little sweep. I have had a few issues with the tension though. And it makes a kind of clunky noise. I can't work out why. Anywho, hope that helps
