A saw point to discuss
A saw point to discuss the brilliance of this small saw. Very handy.

Very useful and good value tool
A junior hacksaw is a great tool for many situations but there are times when you want to cut in a very awkward to reach area, and in that case this mini-hacksaw is the perfect solution. eg I had to remove the pinch bolt on a bicycle when the threads had been stripped and I couldn't get good leverage with the usual hacksaw as the bolt was in between two metal bars, but this mini-hacksaw did the job fine!I removed one star because it is quite easy to bend the blade when cutting, and once it has been bent a few times this becomes even more common, you can reverse the blade so you have one spare I guess, but otherwise replacement blades don't seem readily available (you can just buy the normal 12 inch hacksaw blades and snap one end off down to 10 inches). However at £3.79 (as an add-on item), the tool is so cheap you may as well buy a couple in the first place!

Handle seems strong
Handle seems strong but found that if too much pressure is applied the saw blade can bend. Also check that the blade is secured with the screw and nut before using

Just the thing i needed, made with hard plastic you can buy metal ones but it worked fine

Useful hacksaw
I bought this as my junior hacksaw wasn't up to the job I needed, cutting through a steel pipe which was quite difficult to access. This saw was up to it. It is now a firm part of my toolkit.

Thin saw - reaches the small parts other saws don’t reach
Cheap - cut through two screws that had lost their thread - after 5 mins sawing

Works well!
This is great, works well cutting through plastic with ease and comfortable when doing so—I was surprised at the time it took to cut through things, very quickly!
