Not too small, not too big, will be great for birds

I highly recommend purchasing birdbaths that aren't painted or coated with anything that can peel off. (I threw out 2 such baths recently, as the coating was peeling off. I don't trust the safety of such items.This birdbath is cute and easy to assemble, but it is available in unpainted metal, too. I bought a couple of those. The birds weren't very interested until I put small rocks in the bottom. The birds seem to prefer that vs. a smooth surface. (Their favorite is always an old-school cement birdbath, but those things weigh a ton, are expensive and basically explode if water is left in the bowl and it turns to ice.)

What a disappointment. A slight wind would knock this over. Very flimsy Light tin metal

The birds would not drink water out of this, just my dogs water bowl which I was hoping this would prevent. I filled it with bird seed and too many little birds were scared away as it seems to wobble and seem unstable. It is very pretty though and with a few bricks on the base it now seems to be more stable.

The finished looks about as expected with a lovely blue color and near waist high height. It's a fine addition to our yard and very welcoming to our feathered guests.
