The mattress came well packaged. The photo was taken an hour after removing from packaging. Now two months later, I can recommend this mattress, for people who want that not too soft but also not too firm support. I like the grey fabric too.

Well made mattress
Lovely made mattress. Took a good week to fully expand and was a bit firm to begin with but now settled in and sleeping better.

Bought for my daughter's bed, small double. She said it was like sleeping on clouds and really comfortable. She's hasn't complained once about being uncomfortable and now spends a lot of her spare time snuggled up in/on her bed.

The media could not be loaded. Just two defect on mattress. Other than that the mattress is very good. Comfy and very good for your back.
