This product works. I had originally purchased this to put it in our garage. However, my dad went on vacation and came back to an infestation in his home. They'd gotten into bird seed in his garage and began wreaking havoc on his whole house. He set up traps and was catching mice daily. I set up this device in his basement. As you can see, I put it on a bench and set it to the dual sonic setting. They have reported ZERO mice in the basement since installing. 13 caught and killed in the garage, another 10 in the kitchen; this device is keeping them completely out of the basement now. I will be purchasing a second one for them.

It is nice and small, easy to use. First I put it in the kitchen area of our 20' camper trailer. Yesterday I noticed insulation pulled out, so I moved it t the bedroom which has the outside wall where the insulation is pulled out hoping closer to where they area trying to get in would be left alone. This morning I noticed more insulation pulled out of the same area. Pretty sure it is squirrels trying to make a home. Just put it in 2 weeks ago, but the return window closed 6 days ago. So if you try it, use it right away to see if it works. Nothing had been in the trailer for over a month, we had a radio playing and were on the go. I figured it took up less space that the radio and I'd give it a try instead. If I could return it I would. Too pricey of a device to not work and keep.

I'm sad to say my cat was a hard pass on the mode that's supposed to drive mice and rats away. If you fact check the hearing range of cats and mice and rats, unfortunately, they aren't at all as represented by this product and those like it. This makes noise solidly in the range science says cats and dogs can hear.The internet and product writeup tell the story that ultrasonic waves don't go through walls, but once I turned it on, my cat paced and paced through the house trying to get away from the noise even though it was up in the attic and it was closed off. Whatever critters were up there immediately began scrabbling around. The cat seems able to tolerate the TRANS mode (not the ultra or the duo modes). Sadly, less reaction from above with these modes, but I'm still hopeful it will apply pressure along with the heat this time of year to cause relocation.If you don't have cats, dogs, or children under 5, I feel like this is an amazing device. Affordable, humane, and way better than the old school devices. The constantly changing noise in the duo mode seems to make it hard to adjust save for an extra stubborn rat or mouse. And my cat can definitely confirm it's super unpleasant to listen to. Love the device and technology, it's just untrue that a cat won't be bothered.

I was very skeptical with this purchase. We had a squirel in the inside wall of our bedroom. We never did figure out how it was getting in. After 2 months trying, we bought this product and it works great. After the second day we plugged this in, we have had no trouble at all.

I have not noticed any mice in my apartment up until the other day when a roach sticky trap I had on the floor also held a dead mouse on it. I've been combating Roaches for several years and my apartment complex keeps getting exterminators out that are not helping. But, where there's one Mouse there tends to be more so I'm keeping this plugged into detour any of them and I haven't seen anymore but I can't say it's because of this gadget. I wouldn't have seen the other Mouse had it not been laying dead on the sticky trap. Hopefully this does what it's supposed to.

Have seen NO more signs of mice in my garage!Make sure to clear away anything nearby so signals don’t get blocked.

I don’t think this product works. I was trying it on a collection of bats in the barn. Which bats are good I know that they eat bugs but I didn’t want that many of them. Then I called an expert out and he said that these products do not work. And no, I don’t think he was saying that because did not hire him to get rid of them. I’ll keep a few bats. He says lights & activity are nest deterrent

I was skeptical this would work to rid my attic of the critters I constantly hear scurrying about up there. But within 24 hours of putting this up there, all the scampering stopped and haven't heard any for a couple of months now. Very pleased.
