Yes, do a clear water enema first and then the coffee.

Q: Does this coffee turn blue if left in room temp after brewing?

Yes. I left some in the sink- within a hour it had turned blue. Should we be concerned I wonder? Also, mine does not even smell a little bit like coffee. Maybe that’s normal too?

Q: Do I boil for five minutes and steep for 15? Or boil for five and simmer for 15? Lost instructions.

I boil mine for 10 min then cut it off and let it cool 8-9 hours not sure what instructions say but thats what I do

Q: what is the difference between this and Wilson's coffee?

I used purelife once , it’s not good. Don’t know abt Wilson. My favorite right now Mam coffee for enema
