This is the best ever , 15-25 minutes and the ice has gone, wipe dry and trays back in, nothing defrosted . used many times.

Worked very well!
Product is very good and honestly made refrigerator cleaning very easy. Only gave 4 stars because it smells very strong but eventually it finishes quickly too. It really worked what we paid for.

An Absolute Godsend!!
I have just reordered this product as it is an absolute godsend. There was so much ice build up in my freezer that I expected to see the Northern Lights when I opened the door of it! I took the drawers out, scraped off the loose ice and then sprayed it all. 20 minutes later I had an ice free freezer again!!! .... plus a note to myself put on the door to remind me to defrost more often!! Highly recommend this product 100%

Game-changer for the freezer-phobic
Brilliant and made my most hated annual (if lucky) job a lot easier. I had to apply it several times (there was a lot of ice) and hack away a bit but start to finish was only about an hour. Smells horrible but the smell doesn’t last.

Bought this because of the high rating, turns out this is for the other products in the range! Followed the instructions and there was no change to the ice in the freezer, gave it another spray and left it for another 15 minutes, still no change. Decided to leave it for another couple of hours, only a very small amount of surface ice could be scraped away. Had to use the hairdryer in the end, the only thing this spray did was cost me money and 2 hours extra time. Useless!

Good start to the defrosting process
I have used this product in the past but have been unable to find it anywhere other than on Amazon. Works well but still need a hair dryer to finish the job of defrosting my freezer.

Totally useless. After several weeks of deliverty delays it finally arrived. Most disappointing product. A wet worm cloth could and did a better job. Highly Un-Recpmmended. What a waste.
